Job Description

We are looking for a Head of Growth Marketing who will drive Aviatrix growth strategy development and execution. You are passionate about building a demand generation engine from scratch that will enable Aviatrix to exceed business and revenue targets at multiple phases of growth. You have significant experience driving marketing campaigns across all major digital platforms to drive conversions for both self-serve and sales channels. You move fast and use data to make decisions.


  • Drive both self-service and high volume, transactional business
  • Design, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns across a variety of owned and paid channels
  • Define primary KPIs and orchestrate the marketing systems to track them
  • Turn empirical data into insightful, strategic decisions
  • Consistently meet or exceed marketing ROI, by optimizing end-to-end customer journey acquisition
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Engineering, Design) to drive marketing initiatives and experiments


  • 5 years of relevant experience with demonstrated growth marketing, demand generation, and marketing operations responsibilities, preferably in an early-stage B2B software or SaaS company
  • Deep understanding and experience with wide range of marketing channels. Mastery of standard marketing automation and analytics tools
  • Ahead of the curve with the latest growth hacking methodologies
  • Ability to build strong relationships with technical and business teams to set and exceed goals
  • Stellar communication skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, where resourcefulness is important
  • Bonus points: Familiarity with the AWS Marketplace as acquisition channel
